AGBRAG works with the Private Equity community to release the value in “stalled investments”. The founding partners are experienced entrepreneurs who have each owned, developed and sold a number of businesses in a wide variety of sectors. There are times to change management and times when management need help. In both these situations, AGBRAG will drive the business, deliver the exit and realise the return through "Corporate Chairmanship" - the services of a Chairman with the support of an organisation.

We start with a full business review leading to the establishment of valuation objectives and the identification of the pre-requisites to exit.

Based on this information we consider with the owners the most appropriate basis on which to proceed. This may take one of the following routes:
