Steven Joseph
Over the past 15 years Steven has been actively involved in all aspects of the acquisition, development and exit of a number of Private Equity backed businesses.Steven has worked with a broad based cross-section of Private Equity houses, mezzanine lenders and banks in everything from structuring transactions to negotiating successful exits.
He has been Finance Director, Chief Executive and Chairman of businesses in a number of different industries: from Food Manufacturing to Packaging and from Industrial Services to direct Mail. These businesses have varied in size and complexity and have had sales from £10 million to £150 million in the UK and Continental Europe.
Steven is currently Chairman of Blagden Packaging Group N.V., British Pepper & Spice Limited and IPS Resourcing 'Solutions' Ltd.
Peregrine Newton
Over the past 22 years Peregrine has bought, developed and sold many private companies delivering financial success for both himself and his financial partners.Working with companies operating in the publishing, technology and communications sectors, he has taken an active role in investments.
From the position of Chairman he has set the direction and plan, established the management structure up to board level, managed their development and delivered the exit.
